The Maha-Mrtyun-Jaya Mantrawatch video

literally - The Great Victory over Mortality Mantra
A prayer to invoke the fullness/ripeness/completion of the
practice of letting go of the illusion of limitation (of death).

Om. We worship Tryambakam,
(literally "Three Eyed One" [Siva] symbolizing perfect
knowledge of the three realms - physical, thought, spirit)
By whose grace we are increasingly strengthened and
nourished to a state of perfect readiness…
-- like the fragrant, ripe melon that is
effortlessly released from its vine, leaving no scar --
Please liberate us from identification with the mortal body
and its certain death, and from the illusion of all limitation,
which is like death.
And do not let us forget the imperishable nature of
the soul, nor our own immortality.

The Mahamrtyunjaya is among the most sacred of Sanskrit mantras.
Its continuous chanting, along with meditation on its meaning, can create the power
to overcome all obstacles, including the fear of death.

From time immemorial, this mantra has been chanted for easing afflictions such as:

“Bhava roga” - Diseases like ignorance, ego and the six inner enemies.
“Mental” - Diseases like confusion, fear, sorrow, depression, pain, etc.
“Physical Diseases” - All bodily diseases.
